Wear an unpadded bra that enclose your breasts without squeezing them. Make sure your breast has no over-spill on the cup.
Find your band size by measuring the circumference under your bust. The tape should be snug. Look up your band size in our size chart.
Measure the circumference around the cups where the breast are the fullest. Look up the number in the corresponding column to find your cup size.
All the measurements in the table are given in centimetres and are measurements of your body, not the garment. Our table is just a guide to find the size you need.
